Lilly is a compassionate and trauma-informed Black therapist in Atlanta who specializes in infertility therapy and reproductive mental health, while also providing comprehensive support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and general mental health concerns.

As a National Certified Counselor working toward licensure as a Professional Counselor, she is deeply committed to supporting women of color navigating reproductive challenges, chronic stress, and daily life demands throughout Atlanta, Georgia.

Originally from Hinesville, Georgia, Lilly holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, equipping her with both clinical expertise and cultural awareness needed to foster meaningful change.

With over four years of experience in the mental health field—including work with substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders—she brings a well-rounded, empathetic approach to therapy in Atlanta.

Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Constructivist theory, Lilly meets clients where they are and empowers them to reclaim their stories.

Her work is guided by the belief that healing is both personal and communal, especially for women of color whose experiences are often overlooked or misunderstood in traditional mental health settings.

As an Atlanta fertility therapist, she creates safe, affirming spaces where clients can explore their identities, manage life's pressures, and heal from systemic and interpersonal trauma.
