You spend your days being the strong one for everyone else. This is your monthly permission slip to not be strong—to vent about the microaggressions, the invisible labor, the exhausting mental load, and everything you can't say anywhere else.

What happens: Each person gets 8 uninterrupted minutes to speak their truth, followed by one question: "What would support look like right now?"

Who it's for: Black women who are tired of being everyone's therapist and need a judgment-free space to be fully human.
