Who is on the team?

Natasha Riley, Owner & Clinical Director of Javery Integrative Wellness Services, is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) specializing in sex therapy, intimacy, women’s wellness, and couples therapy. She is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their pleasure, confidence, and self-awareness.

Takeia Mays, MSW, is a compassionate therapist specializing in women’s wellness, intimacy, and couples therapy. She takes a holistic approach, supporting clients in their mental, physical, spiritual, and sexual well-being.

Takima Bly, MS, NCC, is our dedicated Grief and Trauma Therapist with over 15 years of experience in the mental and behavioral health field. She specializes in childhood trauma, anxiety, attachment styles, cultural issues, and grief. Drawing from various therapeutic frameworks including CBT, holistic therapy, and Gestalt therapy, Kima creates a safe space for clients to process their experiences and develop healthier coping strategies.

do you take insurance?

Yes, Natasha accepts Aetna and Anthem BCBS for individual therapy clients in Georgia. Takeia currently accepts Aetna for individual therapy clients.

🔹 We do not accept insurance for couples therapy.

🔹 All Florida clients will be self-pay and seen by Natasha as spots become available.

If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. However, reimbursement is not guaranteed, so we strongly recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to confirm your coverage and benefits.

What is the self pay rate?

🔹 Self-Pay Rates:

  • Individual Therapy: $100–$125 per session

  • Couples Therapy: $125–$150 per session

do you do a sliding scale?

Yes, we offer sliding scale rates, but spots are limited.

Javery Integrative Wellness Services (JIWS) is a participant in Open Path Collective, a membership-based program that provides access to therapists offering reduced-rate sessions.

If you’re interested in sliding scale options, we encourage you to check availability through Open Path Collective or inquire directly with us about current openings.

how long are sessions?

Standard therapy sessions range from 45 to 60 minutes, with longer sessions available upon request.

🔹 45–60 Minute Sessions – Typical session length for most clients.
🔹 75–90 Minute Sessions – Available upon request and at the clinician’s discretion.

Insurance Note: Most insurance companies only cover 45–50 minute sessions. If a longer session is deemed unnecessary, it may not be covered, and you may be responsible for the full cost. Please check with your insurance provider for details on your coverage.

I know you specialize in couples and women’s wellness, do you see men?

Yes! While Javery Integrative Wellness Services specializes in supporting women’s wellness, intimacy, and couples therapy, we also provide therapy for men seeking individual support.

We work with men navigating:

what is your current availability?

Session availability depends on the clinician you will be working with and their current caseload. This will be discussed during the initial consultation or inquiry call to ensure the best fit and scheduling options for you.

are you currently seeing clients in person?

No, Javery Integrative Wellness Services (JIWS) is a completely virtual practice. All sessions are conducted online through a secure telehealth platform, allowing us to provide flexible, accessible, and confidential therapy from the comfort of your own space.

What can I expect during my first session?

Your first session is all about building a strong foundation with your therapist. We’ll start by discussing what brought you to therapy, exploring your concerns, and getting a sense of what you hope to achieve.

Here’s what you can expect:
🔹 Rapport-Building: Your therapist will create a safe, supportive space where you can share openly and comfortably.
🔹 Collaborative Goal-Setting: Together, you and your therapist will outline key areas to focus on and set meaningful goals for your journey.
🔹 Session Structure Overview: We’ll discuss how therapy sessions are structured, what approaches may be used, and any questions you have about the process.
🔹 Next Steps: You’ll leave the session with an idea of what to expect moving forward, including frequency of sessions and possible homework or reflections between appointments.
