JIWS exists because Black women deserve to feel as good as they look. If you're ready to close that gap — for yourself or with the help of our team — we're here.
Founder & Clinical Director
I'm Natasha Riley — Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor, and Founder of Javery Integrative Wellness Services.
I created this practice because I kept seeing the same thing: accomplished Black women who had checked every box and still felt hollow inside. That gap between external success and internal satisfaction? Closing it is what JIWS is built to do.
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) — Georgia
Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS)
Clinical Sexologist
9+ years specializing in women's wellness, couples therapy, and sexual health
MY ROLE AT JIWS:
As Clinical Director, I lead and support our team of culturally responsive therapists — each one trained to meet high-achieving Black women and couples where they are. I'm focused on growing the practice, developing our clinicians, and building the partnerships that expand our reach in the community.
I am not currently accepting new therapy clients. But every therapist on our team was selected because they deliver the same quality of care this practice was built on. You're in good hands.
CLINICAL SUPERVISION:
I provide individual and group supervision for associate therapists working toward licensure in Georgia. My supervision is grounded in culturally responsive practice, and I bring both clinical depth and real-world private practice experience to every session.
What we work on together:
Culturally responsive therapy for Black clients
Sex therapy and somatic approaches
Couples and relational work
Sustainable private practice development
Case consultation and licensure support
