I founded Javery Integrative Wellness Services because too many Black women achieve impressive external success while feeling empty inside. As Clinical Director, I lead our team of culturally responsive therapists who specialize in helping Black women and couples break free from overthinking, people-pleasing, and disconnection.

As Clinical Director, I focus on expanding JIWS's impact through team leadership, partnership development, and training the next generation of culturally responsive therapists. I am not currently accepting new therapy clients, but our exceptional team provides the same quality of care I built this practice to deliver.

CLINICAL SUPERVISION:

I provide supervision for associate therapists seeking licensure, with focus on culturally responsive therapy for Black clients, sex therapy, somatic approaches, couples work, and building sustainable private practice.

Supervision includes: Expert case consultation, therapeutic style development, cultural competency guidance, business development insights, and structured support toward licensure requirements.
